Good Morning Everyone!
It’s a dreary, rainy, foggy and damp day here in Boston today, but that’s typical for our ever-changing New England weather! Tomorrow it could be sunny, and the next day it could snow, you just never know around these parts, but that’s what I like.
I’m not sure that I could live somewhere where the weather was the same every single day, I kind of like the change of seasons. Ok, maybe I could live somewhere where the temperatures were 75 and sunny on a regular basis, I’m just trying to not let the weather get the best of me this morning, give me a break ;-)
Speaking of the seasons, September and October are two of my favorite months. I already went over several reasons why I LOVE October, but shortly there after I realized that I forgot to give September a little love too. It was truly a great month!

When people walk into my kitchen, they usually take a look around and say “where’s the microwave?” “You don’t have one?” “Why?” “Are you OK?”. The truth is, I’ve never owned a microwave, and as much as I used to want one in the past, I honestly have no interest in ever owning one.
I am almost done with my half-marathon training and other than a little knee pain here and there, things have been going great. I basically went from only being able to run 5-6 miles, and now I can comfortably run 10 (hopefully more!)

I have been wanting to purchase a Vitamix for a few years now, but it’s no secret that these machines are not cheap! I wanted to do something that would fit into my half-marathon training, but not kill me considering I ran ten miles on Sunday! More on that later this week! Anyways, this workout had me sweating in no time! I completed just under 3 miles and felt great! I also finished a few rounds of ab and upper body exercises before going home. Bam!
