FLOW "The 100 Workout"

Hello everyone! Happy Friday!

This morning’s drive into the city was rather calm.  Sunny skies and non-congested roads, definitely make for an easy breezy commute, and a happy Stellina! :)

FLOW

So I’m really excited for my first FLOW (Fitness Loves of the Week) post! You can read all about FLOW, which was created by Lindsay from In Sweetness and in Health here. Basically, it is a feature that is done in the style of “WIAW” but for fitness. Every Friday Lindsay will write a post that revolves around a some type of workout either through, words, links, photos, videos etc…In order for us to participate all we have to do is grab the button that Lindsay created (see above), and use it on our own Friday posts, so that all of our readers can join in. It doesn’t matter the type of workout you decide to post about because everyone exercise styles are different.

Hopefully that makes sense, and hopefully I am explaining it/posting my FLOW post correctly! If I’m not, Lindsay please give me a holler and let me know!

Pinterest Workouts

Let me just start off by saying that  Pinterest is a GREAT way to find new and challenging workouts for people like me, who get bored very easily! For my first FLOW post, I am going to share with you “The 100 Workout” that I found while browsing Pinterest.

This workout is a KILLER! Before I tried it, I figured it would only be somewhat challenging, but boy was I wrong! By the time I got to 60 jumping jacks, I was already out of breath but I continued to plow through.  This is a great workout for someone who is pressed for time, but still wants to fit in some quality exercise. The whole thing took be about 25min, and I was a sweaty mess once I was done. I highly recommend this workout, and using Pinterest to find similar ones!

  3. I love that workout! Its so easy to do at home and it looks like its a leg burner!
