Happy Friday!!!
For some reason all seems better in the world when Friday rolls around. Maybe its the fact that I have two consecutive days off in a row, maybe its the fact that its payday, or maybe the fact that the sun is it out has something to do with it? All I know is that no matter how tired I am, Friday always puts a smile on my face
. Thank you Friday for all that you do!
Speaking of being tired, I have been having a hard time getting enough shut-eye lately. I don’t seem to have too much of a problem falling a sleep, but for some reason I am not able to stay asleep for longer than 3 hours at a time. I generally hit the sack around 11pm and wake up at 6:25am on the weekdays. Does anyone else have this problem or any suggestions? Or maybe I can try to get some tips from this guy, he seems to be a pro at this whole “sleeping” thing. Lucky!
I decided to change it up a little bit for breakfast this morning (kind of). I enjoyed my usual cup of Chobani zero percent greek yogurt, along with half of a Van’s Lite waffle with peanut butter and banana slices.
It was a nice change!
